Dr. Scott Hahn explains the Sacrament of Penance. You'll need to set aside some dedicated time for the fullness of this talk. Dr. Hahn does a wonderful job in presenting the biblical and historical origins of the sacrament along with personal stories. It is well worth an hour of your time:
